Mac OS X 作業系統簡單易用，同樣也配有多種快捷鍵方式，方便使用者快速達到某種功能。正在使用 Mac 機的你，又知道有多少種快捷鍵呢？這次小編整理了八項不為人知，但又超實用的 Mac 機快捷鍵分享給大家。

 
 1. Kill & Yank，獨特的剪切和粘貼方式
「Control + K」能剪切光標後方整段文字（無須反白）
「Control + U」能將最近一次 Kill 的文字粘貼回來

 2. Delete & Backspace，快速修改編輯內容
「Control + D」能夠刪除光標右側的文字
「Control + H」能夠刪除光標左側的文字

 3. Home & End，快速將光標移動到行首或結尾
「Control + A」快速將光標移動至一行或一段的開頭
「Control + E」快速將光標移動至一行或一段的結尾

 4. Search Box，快速移動至搜索框
在使用 Safari、Chrome 等瀏覽器的時候，同時按下「Option + Command + F」，光標將自動跳至搜索框。十分方便

 5. Zoom，放大縮小螢幕畫面
「Command + Option + “+”」可放大螢幕畫面
「Command + Option + “-”」則能縮小螢幕畫面
此項使用前須在「系統偏好設定 － 輔助功能」內開啓「縮放」功能

 6. 在新 Tab 開啓網頁
同時是在使用 Safari、Chrome 等瀏覽器的時候，在地址欄輸入網址後同時按下「Command + Enter」；或瀏覽網頁點擊鏈接時，配合「Command + 滑鼠左鍵」 都能實現網頁就會在背景以新標簽頁開啓

 7. 音量微調
OS X 音量調整默認提供 16 檔，但經常調不了自己想要的音量? 嘗試同時按下「Shift + Option + 音量 -/+ 鍵」，每一格音量會再分 4 檔，也即是一共有 64 檔可調整。總有一檔音量合適你了吧。
此外，每次調整音量時，OS X 都會伴隨音效聲。如果想將其靜音，也十分簡單。只須同時按下「Shift + 音量 -/+ 鍵」調整就可以啦。

 8. 迅速關閉螢幕至睡眠模式
一般透過鍵盤調整螢幕亮度到最暗時，其實顯示螢幕並未有關閉，還有微弱的背光在工作。如果想完全關閉螢幕進入睡眠模式的話，可以同時按下「Control + Shift + Eject (光碟退出鍵)」即可。

Apple Invites Kaspersky Lab to Consult on OS X Security Issues

Computing.co.uk reports on comments from the Chief Technology Officer of Russian security firm Kaspersky Lab, who claims that his firm has been invited by Apple to probe security issues on OS X and to assess the platform's vulnerabilities.

Speaking exclusively to Computing, Kaspersky CTO Nikolai Grebennikov said his firm had recently begun the process of analysing the Mac OS platform at Apple's request. 

"Mac OS is really vulnerable," he claimed, "and Apple recently invited us to improve its security. We've begun an analysis of its vulnerabilities, and the malware targeting it," said Grebennikov.

Grebennikov believes that Apple "doesn't pay enough attention to security", citing the Java vulnerability that led to hundreds of thousands of Flashback malware infections. That vulnerability was patched by Oracle before the outbreak, but Apple did not issue its own update to close the hole in time. 

Grebennikov also notes that it is only a matter of time before malware begins showing up on iOS devices, believing that such threats will appear within the next year or so. Apple's "walled garden" approach of restricting application installation to software available through the App Store has allowed the company to minimize such threats for the time being, but Grebennikov argues that malware creators will find their way in and that Apple needs outside security expertise to help manage those threats due to its relative inexperience in the field.

蘋果重新設計One-to-One網站

    本星期初曾有報導指，蘋果有意把現時為iOS和Mac用戶提供的安裝及培訓援助計劃，轉變為一對一的形式。報導所提及的內容主要是店舖內部的變化，包括新的半小時短暫會議，並把「Workshops（研討會）」改名為「Group Sessions（小組會議）」。此外，當時報導指蘋果的One-to-One會員網站將會獲得重新設計，開放日期最快為5月15日。現時蘋果已經開放其One-to-One網站，提供的全新介面包括：讓用戶選擇及查看教學和特定主題提示、讓用戶創建及新增便條、用戶指南和影片內容的快速鏈接，該網站完全兼容VoiceOver。

I have one, and it is great — low profile, unobtrusive and very effective. I used it on a trip away last weekend so that we could sip tea and watch The Mentalist in a seaside hotel room (the SoundJaw fits the iPad 3 just fine).

Now, Denver-based designer Matthew McLachlan has come up with the SoundJaw Unlimited. It does the exact same thing as the original, only it will fit onto just about anything — the iPad and iPhone, and also the Kindle, Kindle Fire, Nook and even the giant Samsung Galaxy Note.

The SoundJaw Unlimited still features a scoop-shaped back which gathers and redirects the sound. You’d actually be amazed at how much difference this makes. In fact, you can try it yourself: Play a movie on your iPad 2 or 3 and listen. Now, cup your hand behind it and reflect the sound back at yourself. Listen again.

The SoundJaw is like that, only more efficient and more comfortable.

The new design doesn’t mirror the lines of the iPad’s bottom right corner like the old one. Instead it has two clips which allow it to grab onto any device and — as long as the speaker spits sound into its scoop — it will work just fine.

Matthew is currently hawking the product on Kickstarter, where you can pick one up for $10. The final price will be just $15. When you remember that this little gadget can almost take the place of a standalone external speaker, then that’s a bargain.

You may want to look towards Apple’s new 32nm-based iPad 2 if you want the best battery life an iPad can offer. According to new tests, which compared the battery life of the 32nm iPad 2 and the new iPad, the iPad 2 actually lasts longer. The tests were performed by AnandTech, a site that is known for going super in-depth with its testing procedures, and the site notes that Apple’s $399 iPad 2 uses a new 32nm SoC, but you’re not guaranteed to get that model (which it refers to as the iPad 2,4), when you make a new purchase.

The Wi-Fi-only iPad 2,4 yielded 11.7 hours of battery life in a web browsing test while the iPad 3 (Wi-Fi) pulled in 9.28 hours before it died. In gaming tests, the Wi-Fi-only iPad 2,4 offered 7.9 hours of battery life while the new iPad lasted just 5.58 hours. The iPad 2,4 also lasted 15.7 hours in video playback tests while the new iPad offered just 11.15 hours of battery life. The site credits the new GPU and higher-screen resolution to the decreased battery performance of the new iPad, which makes sense, so there’s not too much of a surprise here.

新 iPad 2 改用小粒 A5 處理器，電池續航更長！

新 iPad 2?! 是的，你並沒有看錯。原來 Apple 在發佈配備 A5X 處理器和 Retina 顯示螢幕的全新 iPad 同時，也悄悄推出了一款型號為「iPad 2,4」的新 iPad 2。這款新 iPad 2 與舊機款的區別在於，改用了一粒體積更小、效率更高的 32nm A5 處理器。同場發佈的 Apple TV（2012）也是配備這粒 32nm A5 處理器，但就被限制成單核心。

Anand Tech 網站在 Best Buy 順利購買到這款新 iPad 2 並進行測試，發現電池續航能力比舊機款更優秀。瀏覽網頁時，續航長了 1.6 個小時。而影片播放續航更長了 2.3 個小時。剛購買 iPad 2 的朋友，有沒有發現電池續航能力比其他人強呢？

iOS iLife套裝獲得小型更新

蘋果iOS的iLife軟件套裝，當中包括iMovie、iPhoto和GarageBand三項軟件。該套裝於今年3月7日，亦即The new iPad的發布日首次獲得重大更新，而蘋果現時已經再次為其推出一項小型更新，主要的更新項目均為輕微的改善以及錯誤修復。

首先是iMovie 1.3.1更新，除了整體穩定性得到改善之外，並新增了正在編輯項目時所提供的「幫助」功能，同時修復了剪輯後出現錯誤框架的現象。iPhoto 1.0.1更新加入「複製鏈接」按鈕，發表文章到iCloud時可以使用該按鈕複製文章網址，此外亦解決了可能導致照片視窗出現重複照片的問題，同時改善了其穩定性。至於GarageBand 1.2.1，修復了在分享音樂到iCloud時可能導致當機或丟失歌曲的錯誤，解決了使用Facebook帳戶登錄SoundCloud時出現的問題，以及關於性能與穩定性的改善。
